Service

Engineering and Project Management

Feasibility studies, project preparation and supplier management. One partner instead of coordinating ten subcontractors.

What we mean by it

We manage the project from the first study to handover. We keep the schedule, budget and quality on track — and we know when to step in before a delay affects the deadline.

The client has one project manager, one reporting line and one place where decisions are made. We coordinate the subcontractors.

What the delivery includes

  1. Feasibility study and alternative solutions
  2. Design documentation at all stages
  3. Supplier selection and contracting
  4. Schedule, budget and risk management
  5. Quality control and acceptance
  6. Reporting for the investor and the financing bank

Who we do it for

For investors and operators who need new technology or a refurbishment and do not want to coordinate ten suppliers. And for Czech manufacturers who have a good product but could not reach the market on their own.

How delivery works

01

Enquiry and analysis

We review the brief, the territory and the technical requirements. We tell you what is realistic.

We put together the technical solution, supply chain, price and schedule.

03

Execution and project management

Manufacturing, transport, erection and testing under a single project management.

04

Handover and service
