How we handle your personal data on pragoexport.cz in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
We manage and process your personal data in accordance with applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data (GDPR). 1. Who processes your personal data?
The data controller is PRAGOEXPORT s.r.o., registered office at Vinšova 3276/11, 106 00 Prague 10 – Záběhlice, Czech Republic, Company ID: 04892101, VAT ID: CZ04892101. 2. What data do we process and for what purposes?
We process personal data only to the extent necessary for the given purpose, using our own IT systems and those of our processors.
- Contact form – name and surname, e-mail, phone number, company name and the content of your message. We use this data solely to handle your enquiry or request and for related business communication. Processing is based on the consent you give when submitting the form.
- Cookies – device and visit data (see section 4), processed according to your cookie bar settings.
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time by e-mail at sales@pragoexport.cz. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to its withdrawal.
3. How long do we keep your data?
We keep personal data only for as long as strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected – i.e. to handle your enquiry and related business communication, or until you withdraw your consent. After that, we delete the data unless we are required by law to retain it.
4. Personal data and cookies
Our website uses cookies. Necessary (functional) cookies ensure the website works properly. Analytics, marketing and personalisation cookies are stored only with your consent. Cookies may involve processing of device data (e.g. IP address and other device identifiers), approximate location (based on IP address) and visit data (date and time).
Cookies are either short-term (session cookies), stored in your browser only until it is closed, or long-term (persistent cookies), which remain stored longer depending on the specific cookie and browser settings, or until you delete them yourself.

We protect personal data through appropriate technical and organisational measures. Apart from authorised employees of our company, only processors who provide services to us – in particular IT and web hosting providers – have access to it.
